We put so much love and care into designing this space for the community. We would gratefully appreciate if every patron took the same care when using the space. Simply follow these guidelines for a seamless experience.

We’ll also include some pieces of advice to help you have the best session possible.

We ask that when using the studio, you leave it exactly as you found it. Take any props, lights, or additional pieces you brought with you. Clean any messes made with the provided cleaning products if there were any accidents. If not, you will be subject to a $25 cleaning fee. Please return furniture to its original location and leave any glass coffee mugs in the sink.

CLEANING

CANCELLATION

Plans changed? If you let us know at least 24 hours in advance you will be fully refunded. If you are a no show, no refund will be issued. Under exigent circumstances if you cancel within 24 hours of your reservation, you will receive a 50% refund. If you need to reschedule your reservation, you will receive a 50% refund to put towards your next reservation.

SHOES

When visiting the studio, we ask that you either bring a second pair of shoes to walk around the studio or use a pair of our bootie covers to protect the floors. We provide a shoe tray by the door and ask that you store your outdoor shoes there. Especially in the snowy, slushy winter months, it’s vital to keep the floors clean and usable.

PETS

We do adore our furry friends and we know how much you love them but unfortunately we cannot accommodate pets in the studio space.

GOOD PRACTICES

If you are a photographer or brining your own photographer, plan to bring lighting equipment if that is necessary for your session. While the studio provides ample natural light, we do not rent out lighting equipment.

We have a bathroom in the building one door down from the studio. You will need a key to enter it and that is provided for you on a hook near the studio door.

Bringing multiple outfits? We provide a changing screen that also doubles as a photo backdrop or product photography prop.

Factor in clean up time to your session. Depending on the set up of your shoot, we recommend leaving 10-15 minutes at the end of your session to clean up and return the room to its original state.

We have clothes hangers and a clothing rack to hang your outfits on but we always recommend bringing a steamer just in case of any nagging wrinkles.
